General Shipping Process;
1)
We receive your order; order status is
new, day 1.
2) We confirm payment details and send the order to our shipping
department to be processed; order status is still new, if some big issue we
will email you, day 1, 2, & 3 order status is still new.
3) Your order is sent to our shipper to be shipped, day 1, 2, 3 in most
cases, order status still new.
4) We get your working tracking number from our shipper and we load this
number into your account and email you also, day 2, 3, 4 & 5 order status
is shipped.
5) Your goods is delivered via your post company day 5-14 days depending
in general shipping conditions.
Shipping
Shipping fees are 9.99 - 14.99 per
item some items free if on promotion.
Please allow 7-14 days to get your
goods however - during holidays or
extreme demand situations it can
take 21+ days. We do not promise
exact delivery dates or deadlines
although we do guarantee delivery.
If in rare cases after 8 weeks you
still have not received your item we
will reship or refund you.
We generally send the goods to our
shipper in 3-5 days, if an item is out of
stock or we need more information
before we ship we will email you.
If you submit a change order request
AFTER 6 hours there can be a 10% fee
we are not responsible if this
request is NOT COMPLETED,
Once the goods are shipped we will
post the tracking number into our system
and email you the tracking
number and you can follow up here

- the package must
be signed for. If you are not home
they will leave a slip, if you fail to pick up
or refuse your package you will NOT
BE REFUNDED, as it your responsibility
to get your order/package. We will
reship if they come back but fees may be
incured - the reship will take up to
2-3 weeks, we DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING
charges because many of our items
are shipped from our overseas trading
partners or our China office .
